OFFICE STRUCTURE AND SITE MANAGEMENT:

ACtion Management & Consulting Services currently has site managers and maintenance employees. The majority of the site managers live on-site. Maintenance employees are under the direction of the Site Managers. Site Managers report to the appropriate Property Manager, who in turn report to the General Manager, Connie Lasher and/or Mr. Lasher.

Tamara Wallace, Property Manager, 6 years experience

Megan Schellhorn, Property Manager, 2 years experience

Monica Overmann, Accountant, 7 years experience

Each Property Manager is responsible for oversight and complex of 18-22 complexes. Property Managers have attended various Spectrum Seminars for the RD 515 program, Spectrum Tax Credit Seminars, Ruth Theobald Tax Credit Seminars, Rural Development seminars and gone through our ACtion Management Training Program.

OBJECTIVE: To provide complete property management services at an affordable price with our expertise in the area of low income housing for low and moderate income residents.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Our professional staff has more than 90 years combined experience in management of U.S.D.A. Rural Development, HUD (Section 8), and Missouri Housing Development Commission (MHDC) complexes with subsidized loans and federal and state housing tax credits (LIHTC). Our skilled staff provides the following services:
